#Empower2020 Wellness Challenge starts February 16

It’s your year to shine!  Join our #Empower2020 Wellness Challenge from February 16 – April 24.

Meet with your trainer (and team) twice per week and compete to win points and prizes! Earn points by attending team sessions, group exercise classes, checking in for individual workouts at the YWCA, and keeping a food journal.

Choose a trainer whose session times fit your schedule.  You can register as an individual or with friends or family (Teams are capped at 8 people).  Your trainer will provide you with all the support and guidance you need to build healthy habits for the new year.

Mike: Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Register
Heather: Monday/Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Register
Lynda: Wednesday 5:00 – 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Register
Beth: Monday 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., Saturday 8:00 – 9:15 a.m. Register
Val & Tabatha: Monday 12:00 – 1:00 p.m., Thursday 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Register

Kick-off event Thursday, February 13, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.  Teams will meet each other and their trainer, record weight and measurements, participate in a fitness center orientation, and do a fun group workout with all participants and trainers.

$149 for All Access members; $199 non-members (includes 10 week All Access membership).
