Live Theater Returns to the Stage With “The Musical of Musicals (The Musical)”

After nearly a year and a half without being able to do live theater, YWCA New Britain is proud to present “The Musical of Musicals (the Musical)” live on-stage on Saturday, July 31 and Sunday, August 1 at 2:00 p.m.

Originally conceived by Eric Rockwell and Joanne Bogart, “The Musical of Musicals (the Musical)” is a nonstop whirlwind of fun, laughs, and clever puns. The show tells a simple story five different ways, giving attendees five shots of classic Broadway with segments in the style of Rodgers & Hammerstein, Stephen Sondheim, Jerry Herman, Andrew Lloyd Webber, and Kander & Ebb.

The cast is made up of Margarita Cartagena, Joseph Foran, Jeanine Pray, and Ethan Roy. Jason Ferrandino serves as director of the show and music and will also be the evening’s accompanist and narrator. Choreography is by Christine Kuzia with Sandy Butler serving as production assistant.

Tickets are $10 each and seating is first come, first served. You can purchase tickets here.
