Group Ex Schedule

Currently, YWCA is offering both virtual and in-person classes. For in-person classes, reservations are required.


Class Passes

Not ready to commit to a full year membership plan? You can attend group ex classes without a YWCA membership by purchasing a Class Pass. It's just $5 to drop in to a class. Pass packages are available for 1, 5, 10, and 20 classes. The more you buy, the more you save!


Meet Lisa

Lisa Iacobucci began her fitness journey with YWCA New Britain in February. She first came to the YWCA for a networking event, and saw the gym when she took a tour of the building. Lisa couldn’t help but think about how she has been struggling with her weight and energy level for quite a while.
