YWCA New Britain's unique fitness center empowers women of all ages to take charge of their health. We offer a full gym that is currently open under the guidance of local health and safety protocols. We also have both in-person and virtual options for our group exercise classes and personal training sessions.

Make a Reservation

The fitness center is open Monday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We accept reservations to use the facility.

Gym Only- $25 down, $15/month

  • Access to the fitness center

All Access- $25 down, $35/month

  • Access to the fitness center

  • One-on-one orientation (in-person or virtual) with a nationally certified personal trainer

  • Free Wi-Fi

  • Unlimited group exercise classes (in-person or virtual)

Access Plus- $25 down, $149/month

  • Access to the fitness center

  • One-on-one orientation (in-person or virtual) with a nationally certified personal trainer

  • Free Wi-Fi

  • Unlimited group exercise classes (in-person or virtual)

  • Your choice of either four 60-minute personal training sessions, 1x/week or eight 30-minute sessions, 2x/week (in-person or virtual)

Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded month-to-month. Ask about senior and student discounts.


 

Meet Lisa

Lisa Iacobucci began her fitness journey with YWCA New Britain in February. She first came to the YWCA for a networking event, and saw the gym when she took a tour of the building. Lisa couldn’t help but think about how she has been struggling with her weight and energy level for quite a while.
